About the Slovenian language
Slovene, or Slovenian, is a South Slavic language spoken by around 2 million people, mainly in Slovenia. For a country the size of Wales it has remarkable dialect variety, with dozens of distinct dialects. It is one of very few living Indo-European languages to have kept the dual number: as well as singular and plural, it has special forms for exactly two of something.
